Maybe it's the change of season, the only explanation that seems even remotely probable for all of these moods upon moods upon moods. She is also about to release a collection of acoustic tracks called Unknown Rooms out next month on Sargent House, becoming label mates with the Chicago experimental post-metal bandRussian Circles whom she just wrapped supporting their US tour dates.
